A variety of payment and insurance options are available. Oxford Outpatient Treatment Center accepts many major insurance plans, including (but not limited to):
Individual Therapy
One-on-one visits take place in therapy suites and allow you to delve into topics that explore your addiction history and other issues, teach you coping skills to address the addiction, allow you to discuss your progress, and help outline your aftercare and long-term goals.
Group Therapy
The majority of sessions at Oxford’s outpatient campus take place in groups. This allows you to share your experiences and learn various relapse prevention skills in a nonjudgmental, peer-supported atmosphere. These groups can benefit your recovery by helping decrease feelings of isolation and allowing you to share with and learn from others who’ve had similar life experiences.
In the PHP at Oxford, groups include behavioral therapy, process groups, and educational sessions that provide addiction education, relapse prevention training, life skills, and more.
Oxford’s IOP provides psychoeducational groups, process groups, and community recovery-based groups.
Psychoeducational groups teach you about the disease of addiction; help you develop coping skills to common triggers like cravings, peer pressure, boredom, anger, and more; and allow you to assess the impact of addiction on your family and other loved ones.
Process groups are smaller and allow for you to explore personal and immediate issues, such as relationship conflicts and problems coping with triggers.
The community recovery-based groups focus on life skills and relapse prevention.
Family Therapy
Family therapy can be an essential part of your recovery. When spouses, partners, family members, children, and other loved ones understand your addiction and can work through it with you and take steps to repair any damage in your relationship, their encouragement and support can positively impact your recovery. Family therapy in Oxford’s outpatient program may include lecture series and therapy sessions.
Recreational Amenities
The Oxford Outpatient Treatment Center features a fully equipped fitness center and courts to play sand volleyball, outdoor basketball, tennis, and pickleball—all of which offer you the opportunity to connect with peers, foster a sense of community, and be active, too.
